The Qolsys QS1138-840 IQ Shock-S is an encrypted S-Line sensor with superior range specifically designed with multi-level vibration detection. It can alert you if a door is left open, automatically adjust your smart thermostat to save you energy, and provide security for anything that opens or closes. Know when these doors and windows are opened with customizable chimes and unique names spoken by the panels text-to-speech. With the QS1138-840 Shock-S sensor you can create personalized notifications and rules using the Alarm.com interactive app.

The IQ Shock-S is intended to be installed on doors with or without glass inserts and on window frames but not on the actual glass surface.
